Omnix has experience developing Web-based applications. In particular, a Web-based application was developed to manage network routers. The original concept was prototyped using Perl on an Apache server. After the concept was proven, the system was designed utilizing UML and implemented with Java and a Servlet Engine. A framework for programmatically creating documents was developed. This made it possible to generate HTML pages with text, pictures, and forms, through the use of Java objects instead of directly with HTML syntax.
